When we start working with property managers, we offer a complimentary audit of all properties with pools to make sure there are no properties who has a pool that is non compliant! In doing this we also develop the agency’s 48-month pool inspection schedule which allows us to proactively notify the property manager in advance of when pools are due for re-certification throughout the year.
We also offer fast, flexible scheduling for selling agents with cost effective, practical and visually appealing solutions should any remediation required to have the pool certified prior to sale/settlement.
As well as managing the portfolio inspection schedule, we aim to have properties certified on first visit. If for any reason a pool is deemed non-compliant, Pool Safe Certifiers will provide a detailed report to the property management team outlining all compliance related issues and remediation required to guarantee compliance.
Pool Safe Certifiers are licensed to carry out remediation works of up to $3,000, guaranteeing immediate compliance and certification upon completion.
